OSHO MEDITATION RETREAT - ART OF GRATEFULNESS ON CARNIVAL ELATION CRUISE

Presented by Swami Anand Arun, a long time intimate disciple of OSHO, on the Carnival Elation - a 4 Day Western Caribbean Cruise to Cozumel, Mexico

“When the invitation of the ocean comes don't run away from it. The ocean is the very beginning of life, not only metaphorically, but factually. We are from the ocean, physically. And we are from a vaster ocean, invisible to the bare eyes, spiritual. And when the invitation comes, running towards dry land is running towards your own grave. Only the graveyard is outside the ocean. Life is in being oceanic.” Osho (From the book “The Invitation”)

Vedant has given numerous public lectures and has held workshops around the world including at the United Nations, The World Bank, the Pentagon, as well as at Dr. Deepak Chopra's program in San Diego. In the corporate world, his workshops have been mainly focused on Stress Management and Managerial Effectiveness, Leadership, Human Relationship, Women and Self Empowerment, Education, and Health Enhancement for everyone. Vedant's publications include books and a wide range of articles published in journals, magazines, and newspapers in India, USA, and Australia. His lectures & insights on Osho are often relayed on TV & Radio. Swami Satya Vedant had been on the faculty at University of California, Berkeley, California. Presently he lives in India having been personally invited by Osho to do the work. This is one of the powerful programs we offer only once a year depending upon the schedule availability of Swami Vedant. Swami Vedant, an earlier disciple of Osho, have been traveling and facilitating retreats for more than 30 years. It’s not uncommon to receive life transformation, long lasting impressions from such retreats. We don't have to travel to India or Himalayas to seek spiritual bliss and find true meaning of life, when the same phenomenon is available to us through such events. Osho retreats are spontaneous series of events, meditation techniques, dance & celebration in high energy spiritual environment. Something cannot be explained in the words, but can only be experienced. You are new to meditation or experienced meditator, high energy space creates such a solid ground that experienced meditator can deepen their experience & people new to meditation will taste something their souls have missing for long time. Don’t think twice, sign up & be ready to experience the “unexperienced” where personality dissolves, only the experience remains.

Vipassana

3-Day Course in Vipassana Meditation

As Taught By S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin at the Southwest Vipassana Meditation Center - Dhamma Siri in Kaufman, TX (52.5 hours)

Vipassana which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art of Living. The non-sectarian technique of Vipassana Meditation is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results. Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. The scientific laws that operate one's thoughts, feelings, judgments and sensations become clear. Through direct experience, the nature of how one grows or regresses, how one produces suffering or frees oneself from suffering is understood. Life becomes characterized by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control and peace.
